Clinic precautions about COVID-19/Coronavirus

I wanted to let you know that during these difficult times, True Vitality is open for business with my ongoing commitment and dedication to support clients to regain and maintain their vitality.
Consultations are available in-clinic and via skype or phone, while nutrients can be ordered online.
Regarding consultations and tests at my clinic, because of the COVID-19 virus, we must be responsible and diligent in how we interact and connect.
If you have possible symptoms of COVID-19 infection, which can include fever, sore throat, cough, runny nose, shortness of breath and other respiratory or flu-like symptoms, please postpone your in-clinic consultation until your symptoms have gone and/or you are clear of any infection (however, skype or phone options are available).
Similarly, if I develop symptoms, I will immediately contact all clients to advise and make alternative arrangements.
Also, if you have recently returned from overseas, please delay scheduling appointments until the self-quarantine period of 14 days has expired. I have not travelled overseas for four years.
My in-clinic hygiene procedures are excellent. I wash my hands regularly in accordance with recommended protocols; antibacterial handwash is available for your use adjacent to the clinic’s waiting area; and I wipe down surfaces prior to and after appointments with anti-bacterial spray – if unavailable I use alcohol wipes or disinfectant.
