Welcome to ‘True Vitality’. Your first consultation is a very important one. It is where we can lay the ground work to best discover what is needed to help you to achieve or regain ‘True Vitality’.
Please spare a few minutes to read the following list of screening tools to see which will suit you best. If you are unsure of what screening you will need then simply base you appointment time decision on the complexity of your issue. Simple issues may only need a general 1hr consultation. If you book a long appointment and only use 1hr, you will only be charged for the hour.
First consultations can be 1hr, 1.5hrs or 2hrs depending on what you feel you need to cover in this first consultation. If you have a long history of health issues you may need longer than one hour just for the consultation.
What may be covered in the first consultation for up to 1hr:
- Discussion of your symptoms & symptom history, as well as general health history
- Your diet & lifestyle choices and recommendation for any necessary changes
- Review of your screening questionnaire usually emailed and filled out prior.
- Review of your current medication and supplement regime, as well as advice on any new recommendations needed.
- Urinalysis screening for pH (acid/alkaline), nitrites, leucocytes (white blood cells), proteins, glucose, ketones, urobilinogen, bilirubin and red blood cells in the urine. A leaky gut test may also be performed
- Saliva pH testing
- Blood type (ABO) testing upon request
- Zinc levels test
- Iodine levels test
- Referral for any pathology screening
- Referral for any other practitioner required
The above is all inclusive in the initial consultation fee of $75
Extra screenings:
- Live blood screening (including report) – requires minimum ½ hr on top of consultation time $50 for ½ hr (click here for more information)
- Iridology (iris examination) and sclerology (whites of eyes examination)- requires minimum ½ hr on top of consultation time $50 for ½ hr (does not include report – report is an extra $55 including photos and is given later as this takes another ½-1 hr to do) (click here for more information)
- Allergy & Intollerance Testing – a hair sample can be collected for this with your visit or can be posted to Sue and the report can be emailed to you inclusive of the fee, or you can book a separate consultation if you wish to discuss the results. Cost of the testing only is $125 (click here for more information)
- Heavy Metal & Mineral Screening - a hair sample can be collected for this with your visit or can be posted to Sue and the report can be emailed to you inclusive of the fee, or you can book a separate consultation if you wish to discuss the results. Cost of the testing only is $145 (click here for more information)
- Allergy Testing plus heavy metal Screening together $250
- Follow-up consultations are $55 for up to ½ hr or $75 for up to 1hr
Initial consultation plus Live Blood Screening or Iridology/Sclerology 1 ½ hrs $125
Initial consultation plus Live Blood Screening and Iridology/Sclerology 2hrs $150
You may also wish to add another service of esoteric chakra-puncture (eso acupuncture) $70/hr or esoteric bodywork for $75 for 1 hr treatment
